The new Putnam County 911-EMS-Garage facility located at 100 Emergency Lane in Winfield should be opened in January 2010 The Building will House the Putnam County Fire Service Board-911 center-Emergency Operations Center- EMS station 20 and the County Garage and all the administration offices for each agency.
